Job Description

• A well-established engineering firm is seeking a Junior Structural Engineer to join its team in Port Elizabeth.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineer with 6–8 years' experience, strong structural design exposure, and the ability to independently manage and deliver projects from start to finish.
• The ideal candidate will be a technically strong Civil Engineer who has developed solid structural engineering experience and is now capable of taking ownership of projects independently. Exposure to a diverse range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects will be highly advantageous.

Minimum Requirements

• BEng Civil Engineering or BSc Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialisation/focus in Structural Engineering.
• 6–8 years' relevant engineering experience.
• Proven structural design experience.
• Ability to independently manage and run projects.

Exposure to a variety of project environments, preferably including:

• Residential
• Commercial
• Industrial
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, design, and project delivery.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
