We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager/Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Key Accounts Manager/Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute sales campaigns and promotions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
Track sales performance and provide reports to management on a regular basis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or Business Development Executive
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
