They will foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading telecom and wallet providers.
The Key Account Director will identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the region, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic goals.
Collaboration with internal teams to customize solutions that address the specific needs of clients in the region is a key responsibility.
They will drive revenue growth by ensuring successful client engagements and expanding the client's presence throughout the region.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in key account management or business development within the telecom or fintech sector.
10+ Years working experience
Strong relationships with leading telecom operators, mobile wallet providers, and payment networks in East Africa are required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
The Key Account Director should have the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
