Key Account Manager at Samsung Electronics

•             Managing the Orders, Forecasts, delivery planning and payment for stock regionally;
•             Develop new and existing customer base for Home Appliance products
•             Marketing and sales promotion activities linked to Home Appliance sales
•             Customer Relationship management at all levels in the relevant markets;
•             Close detail paid to the shipping, logistics, payment and delivery process in the region;
•             Distribution & negotiation of prices to achieve highest ROI in sales terms;
•             Ensure every market has a suitable customer service support set up;
•             To manage the customer relationship vertically and horizontally;
•             Sell in: forecasts, orders , invoicing and delivering and sell out :Promotional Activities
•             Ensure the accounts is meeting or exceeding forecast sales and turnover;
•             Phasing in and out of products
•             Issue of pricing and product information
•             Assist with Report weekly on account sales, stock and market related issues.

Qualifications and Experience:    

•  A relevant Degree/ Diploma Export Management          
•  Minimum of 5 -10 years export management experience within Africa.
•  Minimum of 5 years export management experience within the Air-conditioning environment an added advantage
•  Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role,
