    Key Account Manager: Secure Solutions SA

    We are looking for a well experienced Account Manager/ Client Services Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. The right candidate will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

    The ideal applicant will be apt in building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers belonging within the relevant market. You will be able to address and rectify any and all on going requests from client while identifying the overall needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction which thereby results in ultimate client delight.

    The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

    Responsibilities

    • Be extremely proactive with maintaining international standard client communications and relationships on ground.
    • Be quick and attentive in resolving client issues, requests and escalations.
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
    • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
    • Generating new additional sales revenue from existing customers
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers, internal teams and global Management at Head Quarters.

    Requirements and skills

    • Degree in relevant area - BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
    • Proven track record in liaising with global clients
    • Very strong attention to detail
    • Proven experience as a key account manager
    • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
    • Managing expectations at C-Suite level across clients and all internal stakeholders
    • Delivering the desired results in an orderly and extremely professional manner that will reflect well with the company’s global reputation
