    Information Security Specialist - Pretoria

    (Ref: ITBCS001)

    Requirements:

    •  A minimum of B Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Systems Engineering/ Information Systems or related field.
    •  National Diploma in Computer Science, IT, IS or related field.
    •  Security+, SSCP, CEH, CISSP or similar information security professional certifications.
    •  A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the Information Security field.
    •  Good understanding of complex IT systems and staying up to date with the latest security standards, systems and protocols, as well as best practice security products.
    •  Excellent knowledge of cloud technologies, information security technology such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), data leakage protection (DLP), access management, anti-malware, and SIEM technologies.
    •  Knowledge of various Information security domains.

    Duties:

    •  Deploy, Support, Maintain and Monitor various cloud-based and on-prem information security solutions
    •  Organise and Conduct vulnerability assessment assessments on the PIC network and systems.
    •  Integrate information security throughout the solutions or system life cycle
    •  Analyse existing security systems and make recommendations for changes or improvements.
    •  Monitor PIC ICT network and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and provide early warning of abnormalities or problems.
    •  Communicate the system status and keep users informed of downtime or changes to the system.
    •  Troubleshoot and resolve information security-related incidents.
    •  Prepare relevant information security reports and documentation

    Operational Risk Management - Pretoria

    Requirements:

    •  Relevant degree in Risk or Audit or equivalent relevant qualification
    •  Sound understanding of operational risk management principles.
    •  Financial services industry knowledge and experience (Preferably Asset Management).
    •  A good understanding of the key areas of the organization.
    •  2 - 4 Years relevant experience

    Duties:

    •  Conduct day-to-day operational risk activities in terms of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) and related frameworks, policies, and procedures.
    •  Assist the Senior Manager: Operational Risk in the identification, assessment, responses, and monitoring of Operational Risk in the PIC
    •  Coordinate the risk analysis activities of the PIC Business Units, including both listed and unlisted investments.
    •  Work with Compliance, Internal & External Audit functions and other Assurance Providers to direct their efforts towards reviewing controls that mitigate the identified risks across the organization.
    •  Support the process of identifying and reporting risk incidents and assist in the design of risk mitigation and control procedures within PIC.
    •  Support process of identifying and reporting issues and actions within PIC.
    •  Conduct control environment assessments for the organization.
    •  Conduct, implement and assess key risk indicators.
    •  Assist the ORM Department with reporting to various governance structures.

    •  Knowledge of compliance, risk, and financial management.

    Records Management Administrator (12 Months Fixed Term Contract) - Pretoria

    Minimum Requirements:

    •  Information Management Degree or Higher Certificate in Archives and Records Management / Diploma preferable
    •  Matric with over 2 years Records Management experience
    •  Practical knowledge of core records principles, systems, processes, and imaging solutions.
    •  Knowledge and understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing financial records.

    Responsibilities:

    •  Provide support in the implementation of the electronic Document and Records Management System (eDRMS) to ensure optimal utilization of the system.
    •  Organize, package, and conceal paper files for proper storage.
    •  Sort, scan, and index paper records for integration into the records management systems.
    •  Secure and maintain the storage of critical vital records through imaging and vault solutions.
    •  Evaluate and dispose of records based on their administrative, fiscal, legal, historical, and research value in accordance with the Retention Schedule.
    •  Research, develop, and implement procedures and work instructions to ensure that all legal, regulatory, and business requirements are incorporated across the organization's business processes.
    •  Maintain a file plan to store records in a way that makes them easy to retrieve.
    •  Undertake audits of organisational records to ensure all records are properly accounted for.
    •  Sort and distribute incoming mail.
