- Job Field Sales and Business Development
The efficient Key Accounts Manager : Built Environment should have the following experience and qualifications:
- BComm or relevant Architectural Qualification
- Minimum 2-5 years working experience as Business Developer / Similiar
- Built Environment and/or Architecture industry knowledge and working Sales experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of workflows through the Built Environment
- Be a subject matter expert on BIM (Building Information Modelling)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following areas:
- Business Development
- Solution Proposals and Consulting supported by your Technical Consultant
- Sales Engagement
- Pipeline Creation
- Cold Calling
- Reporting & Research
Personal Skills and Attributes:
- Sales orientated
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Able to work well on your own
- Able to work effectively to meet deadlines
