Kids For All Seasons Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Manage and supervise all activities for children in the KFAS programme according to corporate standards to ensure maximum guest satisfaction at all times. Ensure that creative, educational, cultural and fun-filled activities are presented and promoted daily for all age groups represented.

Qualification Requirements

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Experienced in first aid and CPR.
• Outgoing personality and experience in working with children in a group setting.
• People management skills.
• Previous experience in working with children, infants through school age.
• Ability to swim. Some formal education in early childhood development.
• Proficient in creating flyers, brochures and promotional material to advertise the activities either through Microsoft Excel, Publisher or Power Point.
