Cycle counts, Inventory accuracy and control and stock takes.
Ensuring correct storage of components with diligent adherence to all labelling inventory and GMP compliance
Managing the bulk store area
Checking for expired stock
Isolating stock to be transferred to Q2
Assist in investigation of stock variances
Liaise with production and production planner
Control of stock and maintaining neatness in aisles.
Sending components/packaging to production timeously.
Correct staging, identification and security of pre-picked stock for batches in identified areas.
Utilising chainware system for scanning and maintaining accurate stock bin locations.
Processing of all returns from production timeously and accurately.
Assist with processing of SAP issue/returns transactions.
Picker for printed packaging
Responsible for good housekeeping in area of responsibility
From time to time carry out other jobs within the department / factory, which are consistent with the grade, qualification and training of the incumbent.
Requirements
Grade 12
1-2 years warehouse experience
A valid forklift license
A valid turret truck license
Ability to accurately count stock and complete stock card
Ability to investigate stock variances
Understand the requirements for staging, identifying, and securing stock for batches and stock in use
