Duties:
Preliminary investigate misconduct cases, grievances and disputes. Report on outcome of preliminary investigations of labour relation matters. Implement misconduct procedures. Implement grievance procedures. Implement dispute procedures. Advise on disciplinary procedures. Advise on grievance procedures. Advise on dispute procedures. Update labour relation information on the system. Report progress on a monthly basis. Maintain the disciplinary filing system. Report on strike actions. Compile and distribute the agenda to the relevant members. Distribute the minutes of the previous meeting. Draft minutes of the meeting in line with discussions and decisions.
