Description
We are looking for an experienced ESL teacher and Communication Coach to enhance the competences of individual team members. By monitoring meetings and conversations you are designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace communication in alliance with the company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions. You’ll organize courses for non-native speakers with diverse activities and methods that cover all aspects of English language (speaking, writing, and comprehending). Your main goal will be to create a fun and supportive learning environment, through interesting and diverse methods that will help your students meet their learning goals. You’ll create individualized educational plans based on each student’s needs for language, communcation and semantic skills. Responsibilities
Prepare materials and activities
Research new language teaching methods
Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
Deliver training courses
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
Requirements
Previous experience as an English teacher, Spanish and/ or German teacher would be a plus
Spanish as a mother tongue
Knowledge of various teaching methods
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
A patient and resilient personality
Knowledge of various methods of teaching English to non-native speakers
Degree in English Language, English Literature or similar field
Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
Proven ability to master the full training cycle
Adequate knowledge of learning management software
Familiarity with modern training methods, tools and techniques
Part or Fulltime availability in a flexible time window for an international team
