The purpose of this program is to potential Managers and Financial Marketers to identify OBARO Group.
The successful candidate will sign a one-year contract with OBARO which lasts up to a possible permanent appointment may result. Internal training at OBARO
Retail stores and Head Office, as well as formal academic modules in a class environment, will be presented. Pupils will also have practical exposure to farming practices and financial analyses.
A qualification (NQF 5) in General Management will, after the successful completion of the apprenticeship, be awarded.
Requirements for graduates:
Experience in agriculture/marketing will be beneficial; and
A tertiary qualification in one of the following fields: Bcom, Marketing, Agriculture or General Management, will be preferred.
