Leaner Manager (Preoria) at Obaro

• The purpose of this program is to potential Managers and Financial Marketers to identify OBARO Group.
• The successful candidate will sign a one-year contract with OBARO which lasts up to a possible permanent appointment may result. Internal training at OBARO
• Retail stores and Head Office, as well as formal academic modules in a class environment, will be presented. Pupils will also have practical exposure to farming practices and financial analyses. 
• A qualification (NQF 5) in General Management will, after the successful completion of the apprenticeship, be awarded.

Requirements for graduates:

•  Experience in agriculture/marketing will be beneficial; and
•  A tertiary qualification in one of the following fields: Bcom, Marketing, Agriculture or General Management, will be preferred.

General requirements:

•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
•  Computer literate in MS Office;
•  Fluent in Afrikaans and English; and
•  Own transport.
