    Learn to Swim Instructor

    Key performance areas

    Coaching        

    • Knowledge of different swimming methodologies, and techniques
    • Program development and growth
    • Coaching of Pre-primary, Primary and High School swimming squads
    • Coaching of LTS program within the club structure

    Continuous Learning             

    • Stay updated with the latest swimming trends and techniques.

    Qualifications, experience and skills

    • SSA LTS certificate
    • Grade 12 (NQF 4)

    Advantageous

    • SSA Level 1 coaching certificate

    Legal Requirements

    • Driver’s license
    • Level 1 First Aid
    • CPR certificate
    • Clear criminal record

    Experience

    • 2 Years experience as LTS instructor
