    Learning and Development Intern (Afrimat Group Services)

    Job Purpose

    We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic graduate Learning & Development Intern to join the People Management Department at Tygervalley. Candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated aptitude for working well with people, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies

    • Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Managment (Essential)
    • Driver’s license (Essential)
    • Own Vehicle (Preferred)
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Highly analytical and action orientated
    • Resourceful organiser
    • Strong administration skills
    • SDF Qualification (Advantageous)

    The successful person will be

    • Receive exposure in all aspects of Learning and Development
    • Assist with value-adding Learning and Development projects
    • Compile analytical information
    • Assist with Learning and Development reporting
