Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:
- N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of learning pathways across departments
- Assist in structuring development journeys for interns, graduates, and employees
- Capture, update, and maintain training and learner data
- Assist with learner records, attendance registers, and training documentation
- Support monthly Learning and Development reporting
- Assist with data analysis for dashboards, reports, and management submissions
- Compile training statistics, participation reports, and progress tracking
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting processes
