A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Higher Education, or equivalent,
Evidence of a contribution to institutional educational development initiatives,
Evidence of teaching experience at an undergraduate or postgraduate level,
Evidence of contribution to academic staff development activities, curriculum development and restructuring,
Evidence of research related to higher education, academic staff development, or digital education,
Evidence of experience with analysing data for monitoring or evaluation.

Experience in research or implementation of digital innovation or AI in higher education
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To play a significant staff development role supporting academics at UCT through the coordination, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the CILT Teaching and Learning Events (CILT Events),
To teach on the short courses and postgraduate programmes offered by CILT,
To contribute to curriculum transformation and development in the faculties to enhance student success,
To contribute to research in digital education, including AI in education.
