Lecturer Law (Part - Time): Industrial Psychology at ADvTECH

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Ideal:

• Honours Degree in Human Resource Management with industrial/organisational psychology up to 3rd year level
• Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management with industrial/ organisational psychology up to 3rd year level
• Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology

Alternatively:

• Honours degree in one of the business or human resources fields with Industrial Psychology/Organisational Psychology;
• A related 4 year degree but must include industrial/organisational psychology; BTech where industrial psychology has been a module for all 4 years.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• Lecturing experience in Industrial Relations/Labour Law or Human Resource Management
• Work experience as a Human Resources Practitioner or Industrial Psychologist
