    • To build the Capsicum Culinary Studio brand and achieve target growth for the company
    • Ensure all administrative duties is done timeously and Head Office and the Campus Principal is up to date with what happens on daily, weekly & monthly basis and reports sent to Management as requested
    • Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and processes as set out by Legislation, Accreditation bodies and Capsicum Culinary Studio
    • To contribute back to the local community, project the values of Capsicum Culinary Studio and implement the Capsicum Culinary Studio plan to decrease carbon footprint

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3 Year Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Business / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication field or similar
    • Sales & Marketing Diploma (Ideal)

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

    • 2 years in a target driven sales environment with presentation to all levels.

    Service Desk Agent - SIMS

    Overall Purpose of the Job:

    • Responsible for the timely and effective response to IT/System user queries and problems through the receipt and logging of problems and the co-ordination of rapid and appropriate responses for basic problem resolution for new and existing systems and provides basic telephonic training on these systems when required.
    • May manage the incident to completion.
    • Ensures that optimum relations with clients are established and maintained. Ensures that agreed standards in respect of length of call, wrap-up time, log-on time and completion of correct code system and database are maintained.
    • In a sales-oriented centre, maximises cross selling opportunities and ensures that targets are attained.
    • In a Service Centre / Help Desk function provides first-line support for user enquiries on problems relating to hardware and software products installed, responds timeously and effectively to IT user queries and problems through logging of problems reported and the co-ordination of rapid and appropriate responses.
    • This includes: basic training for the user, assisting the user to resume normal operation, channeling requests for help to appropriate functions; monitoring progress, and keeping users appraised. The maintenance of an inventory of equipment supported by the Service Desk / Help Desk together with logs of user details, problems and resolutions, for administration and planning purposes.

    Education - Minimum:

    • Microsoft Enterprise Administration
    • IT Degree / Diploma
    • IT Background with previous customer experience essential
    • 1-year relevant experience

    Education - Ideal:

    • ICT Diploma
    • ITIL Practitioner Certification

    Alternatively:

    Marketing Co-ordinator (Digital Marketing)

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing with marketing support.
    • Liaise with marketing suppliers in co-ordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of services.
    • General administrative duties and marketing co-ordination.
    • Co-ordinating meetings and assisting with supplier communication.
    • Fulfilling daily administrative tasks to ensure the functioning and coordination of the department’s activities including month end billing and invoicing.
    • Assisting with the operational running of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals and objectives, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
    • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.). Conducting market research and analysing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.

    • Update, monitor and ensure alignment of the digital touch points, including the various websites managed by the brand, digital leads landing pages and social media platforms. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the monitoring of key online marketing metrics to track success. Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all touch points.
