An NQF level 9 Architectural degree (e.g. M. Arch).
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline may be considered provided that a foundational NQF level 7 architectural qualification has also been achieved.
At least three (3) year’s teaching experience at a higher education institution or 3 years professional experience at PR Arch level.
Additional requirements:
SACAP accredited primary qualifications.
Good communication skills and providing discipline specific support to students in Zulu
Skills and expertise in social media and architectural drawing and presentation
Acumen towards operating with defined systems and requirements
A strong passion for teaching and research.
Experience in managing implementation of architectural related software and hardware
Team player with interest in moving the department towards excellence.
Practice based experience with in-depth construction technology knowledge
Implementing and running community engagement projects as part of employment at an educational institution.
