• This is a real opportunity for a junior-mid level lawyer with commercial and corporate law experience to get exposure to significant commercial transactions with the support necessary to develop and hone their skills. It is also an exciting chance to get involved with a dynamic recruitment business with a global presence and work in a fast-paced environment. Desired Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will:

• be a qualified lawyer with 2 to 4 years of PQE, most of which has been gained in an in-house environment or at a recognised law firm or relevant corporate environment in commercial law
• have a minimum of 2 years' experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of general commercial contracts and and can provide clear, commercial and practical advice to business leaders regarding the full range of commercial matters and projects
• have the ability to frequently field queries from the business, who have varying degrees of understanding of legal process/terminology, and deliver robust yet clear commercial advice to a diverse group of individuals, with confidence
• proactively build effective relationships with multi-jurisdictional legal colleagues and the wider group businesses, including senior stakeholders
• demonstrate interest to work in a demanding environment with challenging stakeholders and a keen interest to broaden ones knowledge and cross-border experience.
