Education: Master's degree in Gender Studies, Women's Studies, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in gender equity programming, including experience in strategic planning, gender analysis, capacity building, and policy advocacy.
Skills and Competencies:
Demonstrated expertise in gender analysis methodologies and tools.
Strong facilitation and training skills with experience in designing and delivering gender mainstreaming workshops.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages preferred).
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
