Loading Bay Supervisor at Novus Holdings Ltd

Job Description    

• On the Dot Supply Chain Management (Pty) Ltd, a division of Novus Holdings, seeks to appoint a diligent Loading Bay Supervisor in the Operations Department. This position is based in Durban, KZN. The successful incumbent will report into the Branch Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle all queries received via e-mail, telephone or customer service department.
• Ensure queries are dealt with in a friendly and professional way and resolved within 24hours
• Make arrangements for the delivery of urgent and priority orders according to customer demands.: deliveries are done accurately and by the agreed times% on time delivery).

Educational Requirements    

• Matric or equivalent

Experience Requirements    

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, with a proven track record in managing a business or branch successfully;
• Experience in all aspects of management, i.e. HR, finance, operations, etc.
• Experience in a publication distribution environment advantageous.
• Proficient in relevant computer packages and application.
• Local area knowledge advantageous.
