Local Business Line Manager

- Experience 12 years
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a relevant industry with proven track record in leadership positions with Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
- Strategic planning and execution capacity to drive business growth.
- Inclusive leadership skills, experience in performance management for sizable and diverse teams.
- Growth mindset and ability to lead sizable and diverse teams in challenging conditions.
- Experience in multinational organizations and multicultural business environment.
- Excellent market knowledge, sharp business development and people management skills
