Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who believe they have the required skills and competencies to take on this locum position.  This is a locum due to our current teacher being on maternity leave.  The dates for this locum position are from 20th March 2023 to 31st July 2023.

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• Suitable university graduate qualifications in Early Childhood Development
• Experience in the Reggio Emilia approach to learning and teaching is essential
• A fundamentally future-orientated approach to teaching and learning
• A keenness and a capacity to be strongly committed to the wide-ranging nature of the requirements of this locum position
• A passion for teaching and for the young students whose learning you would be expected to inspire
• An ability to be flexible, innovative and embrace change
• Computer literacy and experience in integrating IT into your teaching and learning
• An unequivocal commitment to working as part of an accomplished, multi-disciplinary team
• An awareness of the nature of our college and willingness to commit to its all-round ethos, co-curricular activities and pastoral approach
• Ability to embrace diversity and transformation in all aspects of school life
• Proof of registration with SACE supported by a sexual offender’s clearance certificate
