• The susccessful candidate will be responsible for authorization and execution of all stock adjustments, Daily stock loss/gain reports and Full Shop Floor Control within the job related concepts, techniques and procedures.  

Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Relevant experience in shop floor control will be advantageous.
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Advanced)
• Work weekends/overtime if required.
• Knowledge of AS400, WMS, IBP, Magic.
• Excellent numeracy skills.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests. 
• Assist with monthly Departmental Stock Takes.
• Perform AF, AE, Y, AW, AB, ID, AJ, IC, UA, UM transactions.
• Daily balancing of stock (Milk & Cream).
• Daily balancing of TP & TDs Balance (TR) and R’s daily.
• Support the cost saving exercises and targets.
• IBP: Update weekly for eight 8 weeks view as per planning schedule.
• Ensure routings are allocated correctly and verified.
• WMS: Confirmation of Pallets in Production all cleared/accounted for.
• Reporting of phantom pallets to Production.
• Maintain Cancelled Sticker Book for Auditing purposes.
• Report Usage Variance Results.
• Providing detailed and accurate feedback to Management on production losses.
• Ensuring milk quality results are correct and available on time.
• Capturing of raw milk quantities into the financial system (GRV).
• Authorization and execution of all stock adjustments.
• Ensure strike rate is achieved on a weekly basis.
• Create daily bulk picker shop orders for the production plan.
• Daily milk planning reports.
• Daily stock loss/gain reports.
• Product Age + Utilization Reporting.
• Stock on Hold Reporting.
• Run Stock Ledgers.
