Logistics Controller at Tiger Brands

• You will be responsible for managing the admin for a multi category logistics function for Jungle Oats Maitland Logistics Distribution Center.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Process ex-factory customer orders
• Process depot internal requisitions
• Download all DC orders from Oracle. Copy and paste into excel for review with Logistics Manager
• Print invoices for customers once pick slips have been signed and stock confirmed
• Print delivery notes once pick slips have been signed and stock confirmed
• Capture and receipt production packed by 3rd party manufacturer into Oracle (Pauls Muesli and AGT)
• Run a daily back-order report and ensure back orders are cancelled using the correct reason code
• Process all Chep documentation daily in Portfolio for incoming and outbound vehicles
• Process and finalize Chep month end
• GRV stock receipt into Oracle once stock has been confirmed by 3rd party packer
• Process all expense purchase orders in Oracle
• Control and process all transporter invoices for payment
• Capture RMA’s into Oracle
• Back up the Logistics Administrator when on leave which includes verifying all outbounds trucks in Trans Nova system before loading
• Super user for the PRS scanning system
• Be an all-round multi skilled employee in the Jungle Logistics department
• If the Logistics Managers on-line meetings clash, the Call Centre operator will attend the meeting on his behalf

Experience

• Function –> 3 years experience with operational exposure
• Industry – FMCG logistics experience
