To ensure that and Project, Oil & Gas or Marine logistics (PROM) enquiries, RFI, RFQs, RFP, ITT etc. are handled timely and with sufficient quality, engaging regional PROM competence and applicable business unit/trade management during pre-qualification, tendering, commissioning and subsequent re-supply phases
Identify new business opportunities – strategic guidance to team on winning new business and developing existing clients
Develop sales, client relationships and development with full visibility in CRM software in the fields of O&G, Mining, Overland and projects
Execute the corporate global strategy and initiatives, supported by MEA Regional PROM team, country specific with the main aim of achieving growth and profitability
Ensuring that business solutions are utilised and implemented according to customer needs and that the right KN resources are involved in the solution (in terms of skills, knowledge, behavior)
Supervise operations in Freight Forward process and monitor operators to handle efficiently of assigned tasks but not restricted to Invoicing & Dispatch of bills on time
Develops and organizes team to effectively accomplish BU’s revenue and gross margin targets
Active involvement in recruiting the right people (Continuous development and guidance of the extended team) and manage development plans that support employee growth
Your Skills And Experiences
You have minimum Bachelors Degree, preferred Master’s Degree, as well as MBA or equivalent and you have Project Management Certificate
You have minimum 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas/Projects Market
It is preferred if have direct experience of managing major scale projects and leadership experience
You have technical background in the O&G and Projects market and excellent multi-cultural Leadership and Communication
You have experience in South African projects, cross-border and overland operations
You have advanced project management & directorship skills, negotiation skills, relationship-building skills, people management skills and are able to build effective, credible client relationships & networks
You have high level of emotional intelligence in the following areas: self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, relationship management
