Job Description
Role And Responsibilities

• Daily pre-packing of shipments, according to detailed procedures.
• Daily labelling of products to prescribed standards
• Checking correct packing quantity, correct labels, correct inventory, etc
• Checking customer order versus product assembly prior to pre-packing
• Providing feedback and solutions on continuous non conformities in packing procedures
• Assistance with inventory and other logistics-related tasks as and when required.
• Orderly packing of finished products, following prescribed procedures.
• Working on ERP system- Filling and updating documents.
• A dmin duties kept up to date as per requirements
• Training and Compliance requirements to be kept up to date

Qualifications

• And Education Requirements
• Basic course or similar in Warehousing, Inventory Control
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Experience

• with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Epicor)
• Precision and Attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and perform workload effectively, with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to perform multiple, fast-paced tasks within time limits
• Ability to exhibit imitative to improve job workflows

Preferred Skills

• Thorough working knowledge of relevant international ISO Standards (13485, 14971) and regulations (European medical devices directives) would be advantageous
• Knowledge and experience as well as full understanding of daily processes at a production facility
• Knowledge of shipping and paperwork processes
