Longstanding Overstays & Stops Agent at Maersk Line

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a contact point for customer service and landside transportation teams regarding special instructions or issues related to detained containers.
• Handle receipt and distribution of all authority stops for imports and exports.
• Advise internal parties of stops and update required systems.
• Resolve queries received from authorities and customers.
• Develop relationships with key authority stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs stops and a strong background in shipping line operations.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with teams.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Customer-focused approach to ensure excellent service delivery.
