Serve as a contact point for customer service and landside transportation teams regarding special instructions or issues related to detained containers.
Handle receipt and distribution of all authority stops for imports and exports.
Advise internal parties of stops and update required systems.
Resolve queries received from authorities and customers.
Develop relationships with key authority stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs stops and a strong background in shipping line operations.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with teams.
In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
