This ties directly into the new equation and “community of solvers” our objectives and has a direct focus on “re-imagining the future”, building trust in society and solving important problems as well as sharpening our market focus.

The primary focus of this role is to focus on participants in the capital markets and be pro-active and strategic in nature as opposed to a proposal writing, macro trend analysis, administration or thought leadership type role, and therefore will not compete with any other parts of the firm. • Building strong networks within the firm (industry leaders and key account holders) to spot and capitalise on opportunities to support teams across a number of different business units and sectors
    • Identifying, discussing and developing key issues with our teams and clients to identify potential opportunities and sharing market intelligence
    • Responsibility to shape and deliver various projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria
    • Helping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching
