    Maintenance Administrator

    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    • As an Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support this includes but is not limited to  maintaining records and databases, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with general office tasks.
    • The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Receive and process maintenance requests from clients
    • Assign maintenance tasks to appropriate technicians and contractors
    • Monitor and track the progress of maintenance tasks
    • Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for maintenance projects
    • Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments with clients
    • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
    • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and policies
    • Communicate with clients to provide updates on maintenance projects and address any concerns or issues
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations
    • Ensure regular inspections are conducted to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or administrative role

    SKILLS: 

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
