Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification; Relevant Administrative experience in Family Law Matters; Knowledge of the Maintenance Act (Act of 99 of 1989).
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas:
Serve Maintenance Summons, Warrants and Garnishee Orders for the District in terms of the Maintenance Act;
Locate whereabouts of Persons; Give Testimony in Court under oath; Render administrative support to the Office.
