Maintenance Leader - Coating at Tetra Pak

Job Summary

• Tetra Pak is looking for a Maintenance Leader - Coating to apply maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.
• This is permanent position based in Pinetown, South-Africa.

We believe you have
We believe that the successful candidate has:

• At least 2-3 years experience as maintenance engineer
• Degree in Electrical/mechanical Engineering
• Background in Mechanical/Electrical maintenance experience
• WCM knowledge and application
• Knowledge of developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedure
• Project Management

What you will do

• Overall reliability of equipments of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs through
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, promoting a high-performance culture
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Support and sustain WCM pillars, particularly Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement
• Drive innovation to improve machine ergonomics for operators’ safety
• Plan of the shift team and ensure sufficient manning
• Participate in the appraisal of the technicians
• Full proficiency in English
