    Maintenance Supervisor-Environmental Coordinator

    As a Maintenance Supervisor-Environmental Coordinator you will have the opportunity to enhance your Technical/Industrial Engineering experience and deepen your understanding and knowledge of environmental legislation and/or stores operations through various in house and on site training. This will allow you to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, whilst enhancing your knowledge of Caterpillar's products, technologies and processes.

    Job Duties/Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To

    • Ensure an efficient planning of the work schedule, sequence and priority of tasks in relation to maintenance, repair, rework and servicing of operational equipment, buildings, utility systems, waste treatment, etc.
    • Assignments can be of preventive maintenance, but also emergency maintenance in case of breakdowns.
    • Ensure completion or participate in the coordination of major maintenance projects.
    • Closely coordinate with stores operations timely and efficiently maintain interventions to support optimal facility operations.
    • Monitor external suppliers on appropriate execution of service contracts (heating and ventilation, cleaning, technical equipment...)
    • Ensure JDCs compliance with the Environmental Management System and Environmental Protection Programs.
    • Take lead in the periodical utility reporting and monthly environmental audits and inspections.
    • Ensure compliance with local environmental laws and regulations regarding license and reporting.

    Qualifications
    Required Qualifications:

    • Technical educational background (preferably Industrial Engineer)
    • Good communication skills
    • Very good interpersonal skills
    • Good knowledge of English
    • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
    • Supervisory skills

    Desired Qualifications

    • Knowledge of environmental legislation and/or stores operations
    • General knowledge of maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
    • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, building and DIY
    • Project Management
