Maintenance Worker at Quorum Holdings

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues in various systems and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in other general maintenance tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker, plumber, electrician or carpenter.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certification or vocational training in plumbing or electrical work.
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Attention to detail.
• Professional.
• Reliable. 
• Own transportation.
• Proficient in English.
