Job Description

• A reputable manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Management Accountant with strong analytical and financial reporting skills to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Implement and improve reporting systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and data visualizations using PowerBI.

Requirements:

• CA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in management accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP software, SQL, and PowerBI reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
