Key Responsibility Areas    

• Assist with strategic planning exercises for client, departments and organisations.
• Examine and advise of functions performed, business plans and methods and staffing needs.
• Examine and report on staffing assessments and method investigations of a post, a group of posts or a section.
• Co-ordinate projects and ad-hoc major projects including grading and placement, trasfer of staff, functions and assets.
• Design and plan new business systems involving computerisation and mechanisation.
• Keeping abreast of developments and changes and advise management.
• Examine and report on grading issues.

Essential Requirements    

• Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 6/7).
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 4 Years relevant experience

Preferred Requirements    

• Relevant post graduate qualification (NQF 8).
• 5 Years relevant experience.
