• Minimum Requirements

Organic Essentials: 

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study
• B.Com Management Accounting or BCOM Commerce coupled with B. Com Hons (specializing in Management Accounting)
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word) 

Duties & Responsibilities

The Lifecycle:    

• At the heart of our Management Trainee Programme is authentic leadership. Our CIMA Graduates are given the opportunity to grow through a 4-5 year development programme, laying a strong foundation for a successful career in Management Accounting and Commercial Finance. We begin with a practical introduction to our working environment, whereby Management Trainees gain practical experience through meaningful work to achieve the basic, core and supplementary experience requirements for CIMA through meaningful work that will enable them to take ownership and responsibility of real business projects. 
• The CIMA Management Trainees who are successful in our programme will have the opportunity to rotate between our Commercial Teams to acquire a functional depth and breadth of experience, all while gaining a solid foundation to your career.
