Minimum Requirements

Organic Essentials: 

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study
• BCom (Sales & Marketing)/ BA (Sales & Marketing)/ B Social Science (Sales & Marketing)
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word) 

Duties & Responsibilities

The Lifecycle:    

• At the heart of our Management Trainee Programme is authentic leadership. Our Marketing Graduates are given the opportunity to grow through a 4-5 year development programme, laying a strong foundation for a successful career in Marketing. We begin with a practical introduction to our working environment, whereby Management Trainees gain experience through meaningful work in one of our Brand teams that will enable them to take ownership and responsibility of real business projects.
• The Marketing Management Trainees who are successful in our programme will have the opportunity to rotate between our Sales, Marketing and Category Operations Teams to acquire a functional depth and breadth of experience, all while gaining a solid foundation to your career.
