    Manager: After Sales - Nelspruit Multifranchise

    Key Role Responsibilities:

     

    • Analyse, interpret, and produce detailed reports explaining trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies. 
    • Develop a plan for multi practice changes, specify the priorities of delivery plans and resources needed. 
    • Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans to support multifunctional
    • strategic objectives in conjunction with other business units. 
    • Implement corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies in multiple practice areas in order to identify and manage risk liabilities. 
    • Analyse customer satisfaction and monitor dealer performance, utilising customer satisfaction survey results.
    • Implement and manage OEM’s Aftersales guidelines and standards to ensure alignment and compliance.
    • Manage Aftersales standards and support for the Aftersales business and Dealer network by effectively managing the Customer Care and Technical and/or Business development functions within the regions.
    • Manage and report on quality, customer care and technical services performance as allocated.
    • Manage the escalation and reporting process of vehicle defects to OEM/ Incidentology thereby ensuring customer safety standards are adhered to.
    • Manage vehicle recall campaigns in adherence to set requirements and standards.
    • Recommend interventions to improve customer satisfaction in order to enhance dealer performance.

    FINANCE

     

    • Contribute to the setting of budgets, minimise expenditure and manage costs and assets effectively.
    • Driving parts sales profitability and turnover at dealer level.
    • Manage the Goodwill,warranty and mobility expenditure within budget.

    CLIENT/CUSTOMER

     

    • Plan and deliver services that create a culture which aims to exceed customer expectations in all aspects of the business. 
    • Prepare service delivery excellence plans for internal and external customers and ensure implementation. 
    • Manage the resolution of customer concerns at OEM or dealer level.

    PEOPLE

     

    • Create an engaging, enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition. 
    • Develop and implement change management initiatives. 
    • Develop and implement people strategies in line with service delivery, performance objectives and budgets. 
    • Own and live up to company values. 

    Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Experience

    • 5-8 years experience in a similar environment, of which at least 3-4 years managerial experience

    Minimum Qualification

     

    • Trade and Occupational Qualifications with NQF Level 06

    Preferred Qualification

    • Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas with NQF Level 07
