Manager: Leasing at PRASA

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Law / Public Administration / Legal Studies / Real Estate / Property Management. 
• Valid code 8 driver’s license.  

EXPERIENCE 

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in Leasing, Legal, or Property Governance, of which 3 years must be at a Supervisory level.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Honours or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF8) in Corporate Governance, Compliance, or Public Sector Management. 
• Professional Membership with the SA Council for Property Valuers or Real Estate Regulatory Body, SAPOA, ILGM, or a Compliance Institute.

• Lease Governance & Approval Oversight, Policy Development & Procedure Standardisation.
• Compliance Monitoring & Audit Support, Contract Control & Records Management, Training, Support & Governance Advisory.
• Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance, Interdepartmental Coordination.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management.
