Manager: Medical Services Grade 1 at Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years appropriate experience as a Medical Officer after registration with the HPCSA as Medical Practitioner.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.

Duties

• Management of relevant general specialist and highly specialised clinical services. Effective and efficient financial management of relevant general specialist and highly specialised clinical services. Ensuring quality patient-centred service delivery via leadership of relevant clinical FBUs (Functional Business Units). Effective and efficient human resource management within relevant general specialist and highly specialised clinical services. Clinical and special/transversal portfolios and projects, as required.
