Experience

5–8 years of experience in:

• Organisation design
• Workforce strategy
• Operating model design
• HR or people consulting
• Proven experience delivering:
• Organisation design / restructuring programmes
• Operating model transformations
• Workforce planning or job architecture initiatives
• Strong project delivery experience, including managing timelines, budgets, and junior team members

Exposure to:

• Demonstrated ability to:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Human Resources
• Organisational Psychology
• Business / Management or related field

• Honours / Master’s / MBA

• Change Management (e.g. Prosci)
• HR certifications (e.g. CIPD)
