Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure new technologies are adopted by the market successfully
• Facilitate and grow the trial pipeline for new technologies
• Manage a team of specialists to ensure the key deliverables are met
• Manage the culture and engagement of the team

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (mechanical / industrial / metallurgical / chemical) with honors, with five to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Master’s degree would be advantageous 
• Valid Driver’s license and passport
