Head of Department (P5) -5 Year Fixed Term Contract -Department of Electrical Engineering at Mangosuthu University of Technology

Salary Scale: R970 044.00 – R1 333 150.00 basic salary per annum.

Minimum Requirements:

• A PhD/Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related engineering field relevant to the Department’s academic discipline.
• Have served as a Senior Lecturer for at least five years at a university level.
• At least three years of administration work at a departmental level.
• A proven track record in research (minimum of 5 articles published in DHET- accredited journals).
• Membership of relevant academic/professional bodies/associations.
