    Manager: Remuneration and Benefits

     About the role:

We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Manager: Remuneration and Benefits to form part of our compact strategic team, who shares this belief and who will play a pivotal role in our journey towards excellence. 
      
    As our Manager: Remuneration and Benefits, your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Designing competitive remuneration packages to attract top talent, retain our valued team members, and motivate performance excellence 
    • Managing and optimising our comprehensive employee benefit strategy, including healthcare, retirement plans, risk benefit cover and additional perks, to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our diverse workforce. 
    • Develop and implement short and long-term incentive programs that drive employee performance, align with our company objectives, and reward high achievers. 
    • Develop and maintain a systematic approach to job evaluation and grading that ensures fair and equitable compensation for all roles across the organisation 
    • Stay up to date with industry regulations and legal requirements, ensuring that our remuneration and benefits policies are fully compliant and aligned with best practices. 
    • Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of our remuneration and benefits strategies and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the needs and expectations of our employees, ensuring that our remuneration and benefits offering align with their well-being and financial security. 

    Ideally you will have: 

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Commerce (Other relevant majors: HR) 
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in remuneration and benefits within a corporate setting 
    • Proficiency in data analytics, trend analyses, and their practical applications 
    • Proven expertise in forecasting, reporting, and budgeting 
    • Demonstrated skill in policy and procedure development 
    • Experience in preparing proposals and engaging with a Remuneration Committee 
    • Previous people management experience 
    • A track record of effective stakeholder and vendor management
