    Client Relationship Delivery Manager - CLS CXSD

    What you will be doing

    • Oversee and coordinate the work effort of members of a client-facing teams (dedicated or leveraged) in delivery of continuous and effective services to one or more strategic clients.
    • Serve as the primary client liaison, responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and overall management of the client relationship and delivery of the contracted support and services.
    • Manage technical aspects of projects, leading the team in the delivery of contracted services to assigned client(s).
    • Identify areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implement changes, and measure the level of improvement.
    • Manage client escalations to conclusion within assigned geographic region.
    • Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.
    • Other related duties assigned as needed.

    What you bring

    • 5+ years’ experience working with, or for, financial institutions with direct involvement in functional or technical aspects of commercial loan servicing. Direct functional or technical experience with FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) is a definite plus.
    • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
    • A strategic, solution-oriented, focus with excellent communications and presentation skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities
    • Project or program management experience, establishing and assuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements. PMP certification is a plus.
    • Organizational and time management skills required
    • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
    • Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Strong problem solving skills

    About the role

    • As a Sales Executive Specialist - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals and you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests

    What you will be doing

    • Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships.
    • Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
    • Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
    • Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
    • Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
    • Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
    • Negotiates, structures and closes “deals” that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
    • Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
    • Meets sales goals and objectives.
    • Other related duties assigned as needed.

    What you bring

    • Good understanding of FIS products and services
    • General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications, and banking practices
    • Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
    • Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
    • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
    • Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred
    • Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
    • Travel is required
