    Account Manager : HORECA

    Job Description

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for an Account Manager HORECA role, which is based in Coastal. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager HORECA.

    Key Purpose

    • To develop, implement and maintain effective account plans thereby managing the profitable sales of CCBSA products, and the development and maintenance of new business relationships and opportunities so that customer excellence, brand loyalty and profitable volume growth are achieved.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Partner with customers to develop and maintain their business, by applying the relevant channel's framework and business Route-to-Market (RTM) principles, to drive revenue growth.
    • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to drive market share and volume growth.
    • Identify potential customers according to company strategy, which supports return on investment, and ensure customer alignment to applicable trading terms to drive mutual business growth.
    • Generate and influence customer sales orders, by applying RTM principles, to attain volume growth targets.
    • Drive volume growth and nett revenue through profitable selling.
    • Ensure allocated customers are executed in accordance with the company execution model, to drive brand presence, volume growth and market share.
    • Manage relationships with internal and external customers to support streamlined operations and customer excellence.
    • Monitor and manage company assets to drive trade presence.
    • Ensure that customer masterdata is updated and maintained within relevant Commercial system.
    • Monitor and manage store merchandising to ensure alignment to company promotions and ensure that execution meets company standards.
    • Drive brand presence and awareness within the HORECA channel to drive market share growth.
    • Devise and coordinate activation campaigns, and accompanying POS, aligned to the corporate identity to drive market share.

    Skills, Experience & Education
    Qualifications and Experience

    • A formal qualification.
    • A qualification in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous.
    • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within a Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods (FMCG) environment.
    • On-premises and liquor industry experience will be advantageous.
    • Valid drivers’ license.
    • Experience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

    • To provide technical support and services to the Equipment services division and other related stakeholders through the installation, maintenance and repair of fountain & coffee equipment in order to meet all quality standards and to achieve customer service excellence.

    • Valid Code 08 driver's licence (must currently be driving). Code 10 will be an added advantage.

    Other requirements

    Quality Assurance Technologist

    Job Description

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Manufacturing department. We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience for a Quality Assurance Technician in Pretoria. The successful candidates will be responsible to manage and maintain the compliance of food safety and environmental systems, ensuring product quality from receipt of raw materials to final product production. Accountable for governance of all quality controls in accordance to the company standards.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities
    Reporting and governance

    • Ensure governance and schedule compliance for allocated area.
    • Provide feedback on the governance and compliance reporting to Multi-Disciplinary Teams meeting.
    • Ensure Product and Package Quality meets legal, internal CCBA and Coca-Cola Requirements for allocated area
    • Ensure that Product and Package Quality standards are monitored and controlled according to legal, internal and Coca-Cola Requirements.
    • Ensure that ingredients and package quality is monitored and controlled to agreed standards for all internal products.
