    Financial Modelling Senior Associate - JHB

    Role Summary:

    SATIC Chief Technology Officer - JHB

    As the CTO of SATIC, you will:

    • Form part of the executive team to fulfill the delivery of SATICs business goals and ambition. 
    • Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our technological roadmap across all relevant technology platforms 
    • Bring strategic insights and technical expertise to guide the development and implementation of innovative products and services.
    • Be responsible for providing collaborative leadership.

    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending suitable technological advancements for integration.

    • Work closely with relevant territories to understand their technology needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes.

    SATIC- SAP Tower Lead - JHB

    Role Summary:

    • Provide accurate and timely data and insight on the SAP Tower to support the operation of the SADC, including utilisation, availability, hot skills, engagement management (bookings) etc.
    • Qualifications / Certifications required:
    • BSc/Bcom in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus. 
    • SAP Certified 

    Experience required:

    • Minimum 10 yrs experience of building, maturing and running an offshore / remote SAP delivery centre that provides both transformational (build) and support services (run)
    • Demonstrable experience of taking operational responsibility for a SAP capability tower in the context of the overall centre
    • Demonstrable experience of driving a programme of continuous improvement within the capability tower to increase the quality and efficiency of the service provided to the territories  
    • Strong, broad experience across all SAP S/4HANA modules and other related SAP products (candidates with only legacy (non S/4HANA) SAP experience will not be suitable)
    • As required, able to work with in-territory client pursuit / engagement teams to co-create client proposals / solutions that utilise SADC staff
    • Extremely well networked and respected in the local SAP workforce community ("Resource magnet")
    • Strong alliance relationships with SAP and other strategic technology partners in South Africa
