Valuation Manager - JHB at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a support role to play in the team across a broad range of valuations including for:

• Acquisitions,
• Disposals,
• Financing and debt advisory,
• Private equity,
• Due diligence investigations,
• Post deal services,
• Financial reporting and
• Audit assistance.
• The candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of clients, from global multinationals through to entrepreneurial, owner managed businesses, covering both domestic and cross border work.

Requirements

• Post graduate qualification
• CA (SA) would be advantageous
• CFA or studying towards CFA would be advantageous
• 12+ months of valuation experience

• Proven ability to multitask and ensure effective delivery of the priorities to meet targets and objectives.
